Hanson, the largest New Jersey-based full-service independent commercial real estate firm, announces it has negotiated a lease for 119,366 square feet of industrial space at 75 Lackawanna Place in Parsippany. NAI James E. Hanson’s Scott Perkins, SIOR, represented the owner, Bee DIC Realty, in the transaction with the tenant, Commercial Furniture Transport, who was represented by Howard Weinberg of JLL.
